Breh I'm trying to understand how that part of Philly got THAT bad. I remember going around Kensington many years ago and it was just some homeless folks, folks walking around, and a few dealers. Now its just a shytstorm of epic proportions. My Philly brehs, fill me in on what the hell happened between 08 when I left and 2021
