I've personally met some dusty ny'ers (one dude hit our blunt and immediately ran behind a tree to throw up, and another I gave an e-pill to, and he chewed it. Both were talking big game beforehand ), but as far as entire large sections of the state having the moniker, I hadn't really. I guess buffalo, newark, and yonkers maybe, but not on the level anywhere near stockton's rep though lol.
