Don't really see the young kids checking for this so maybe he's going for us fans who grew up with him. But something like this should have been done years ago when he decided to go the serious route with his acting.

I don’t know if you saw Sonic but you could see Jim Carey still got it. His Dr Robotnik was Hilarious. The fact they brought those writers to do this movie means it has a chance to be funny as fukk.

I guess mediocre comedic performance is the new hilarious.
