Birdman has also spoken on his situation with Drake's paperwork many times. I worked at UMG when that deal was initially inked. So I do know the details on his masters and who owns them. I was there. Stop guessing, bro.

I've also studied the business for the past 20 years (independantly and thru college education). Even if you were there...even if Birdman did own his masters (he doesnt)...thats still not how masters works. You don't give up show dough (unless you have that included in some sort of 360 deal which would be unrelated to masters still). WAYNE sold Drakes old masters...but Drake owns all of his masters since CLB. None of this matters because you can still earn tour money even if you dont own your masters.

Nah, he still gets mad bread every time Drake does anything from any albums up to Scorpion. That 360 covers all monies paid and accumulated on every work done for 8 years up until 2018. So any joint that's performed, streamed or sold that's in that 8 year range, Baby's getting paid. Which is why he said he never has to drop another album on his label again, lol. Dude is getting bread in his sleep off that deal. He owns the rights. Kevin Liles some about this deal about a year ago. This is how these dudes retire now.

According to the box score reporter's tweet, the 36-year-old rhymer amassed $5.032 million each night at the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., from July 28-29 for his and 21 Savage's It's All a Blur Tour.

Knowing Birdman...he probably wettin his beak on the shyt Drake dropped on Cash Money for the rest of his life (or until Drakes masters automatically revert back to him). To be truthful, I'm not sure just speculating. But all albums after CLB are thru a partnership with OVO Sound and Republic/UMG which presumably Baby and Wayne have nothing to do with and have been reported that Drake owns the masters to.
