he distorts his voice when he records those songs he makes, the fukk did you think? 
the distortion sounds like shyt too, it doesn't do the tone or sound of his voice any benefits. he's usin' the distortion as a crutch (because it's evident some people don't care how shyt sounds so long as it's over a catchy beat) which in turn is a gimmick that some people who have no idea what good or great music is buy into
