Might split out wide every now and then. Two tight end sets with Willson or McCoy to deke out the defense in terms of who, if any, are staying home to block or release.. (Pete always wanted this concept and has tried over the years but kept whiffing on tight ends I.e. kellen Winslow)..and most importantly its gonna make our bread and butter read option play ridiculous. Read option with wilson and lynch..if wilson keeps and extends the play like he has been doing..then check for graham or scramble which is far more tenuous for them than our prior options..plus bevell did well with tight ends in Minnesota and had Schianco be really productive so it should be fairly seamless on the field unless russ force-feeds jimmy. Also takes away 8 in the box a bit and frees up Baldwin Kearse and matthews in obvious passing downs since they have a tough time separating sometimes

He lined up at WR over 60% of the time last season; we will use him in multiple formations, especially at WR; he will take men out the box so Lynch and Wilson can go crazy; he is a defense changer

Our draft hit on all of our needs, but I would have preferred one more WR and one less DE. Apparently the one, Kristjan Sokoli , is some freak athlete who is supposed to be converted to OL.

Overall I'm pretty happy with it.

yeah great draft. got 2 impact players w clark and lockett, grabbed a cb and grabbed depth at the lines w/ the other picks. Lockett and Clark can both be really special.

would have rather explored bringing browner back..who can at least tackle, go super high end on skrine or draft a CB or two and develop them. i watched williams get burnt to a crisp all year long and complain about his coach. dude is wack
