@Hennessy&Enemies is OBVIOUSLY that fakkit @hiphopfan

That's what you're holding on to? That he mentioned his name in a list of current rappers he likes in this generation?
That still don't mean he ain't a fraud as an MC.
Most people would have the same list as Nas. Those are the most popular guys of their gen.

Are you retarded?
You can't just use that "For someone who hates Drake you sure do talk about him a lot" every single time the guy whose cock you have dangling all around your mouth does some non-hip hop shyt.
You're a pathetic nothing.
.I sat in the studio when 50 offered this joint to LL. It was a song that was recorded for my album but Fif though it would be hot to give it to LL and me, him and banks rock on it.
We took my verses off, LL and 50 Cent re-said my hook, and me, LL and banks wrote new verses to it. That was a collaboritive effort. 50 was even offering lines to LL in the studio.
It's not uncommon I realized from that day on because I sat in many sessions where records were created the same way.

i thank meek for exposing this fraudIt wasn't surprising to Meek. Drake was saying in that interview that Meek knew for a fact he writes but their was the Nicki thing and Meek tried to use it against Drake.
He found out that sh*t had a co writer and still released the song AND used the same Quentin flow for his verse. Please forget that. Sh*t wasn't about ethics for Meek or he wouldn't have used that song. Plus QM was writing at least hooks for him too.

The brehs who wrote them bars that sugarhill used were mad.Collaborative efforts have been going on since the cot damn sugarhill gang. This news is nothing new which is why Drake is not catching any heat from it. It was only surprising to meek mill and hardcore hip-hop fans outside of the industry

Well the problem is his own camp said ghostwriting is for frauds, 3 years earlier:
Noah '40' Shebib: Recording Drake's 'Headlines' |
So that's the standard his own camp set. If they came out on some Puff shyt like "I get help, so what?" this is a non-factor.
I'm throwing around 50%, I don't know. Hush got a writing credit on 75% of the songs on "Take Care" and 50% of "Nothing Was The Same". So the question becomes, for what? Not to mention Nickeleus F. said he wrote a whole uncredited verse for Drake on "So Far Gone". So at this point it's like you said....what did he write, and how much?
Fred.
My whole thing is why he isn't getting a lot of back lash from the industry, simply because this goes on behind the scenes more than we know.

i agreeAnother problem is...Drake had ghostwriters making him a style of music that was clearly outside of his niche and brand. IYRTITL sounded like a hood mixtape with more polish.
When i first heard it i thought this guy is the truth becsuse hes so talented hes rapping his ass off better than most nikkas.
That shyt was his best album to me. It was rap heavy and pop at the same time. I cant believe it doesnt get more love.
And he probably didnt write most of it.
I feel dumb for not recognizing it sooner...no way a kid from toronto who grew up in the burbs could generate that style. He had to manufacture it.
I heard a snippet of his new interview...and his canadian accent is full blown. Even when hes speaking regularly in othrr interviews dude usually hides it. I cant take him serious.
Looks like Michael Moore's son outsources his rap preferences in favor of some across the border phoney. SAD!
