They laid off their entire DEI team 2 days ago bc investing in diversity no longer a priority for them.

Basically they gave a middle finger to minorities and trying to give equity to us. So then right after these outages happen and it feels like what they deserve and doing something so shytty. Could've just thinned out the department not totally get rid of the whole department

Because I work in IT and I know what's going on. Your title clearly says Microsoft caused the issue. Stupidity angers me...
