2) Title Loans places
3) For Profit Colleges (ITT tech/ Devry/ Phoenix/ Everest institute etc) Go to a local community college instead
4) Banks like Wells Fargo and Bank of America (Local credit union is 10x better than either)

Combined, they have taken BILLIONS out of the black community over just the last few few years. What they take if your financial freedom and leave you indebted to them forever. on them
