Right... But this isn't jail, the streets, or any other situation where his bully was gonna kill or seriously injure anybody. Jmart was complaining about how his friends were treating him. The only time Incognito got physical with him was in a playful manner that didn't result in any bleeding or bruising, so no I don't think Incognito was some kind of threat to his safety that he couldn't backdown; it's not like Martin was a kicker or a water boy, he's a 300lb lineman.
