But that's the human race though.. everybody is different. Yeah he should've stood up for himself but obviously that's not in him. Everybody is not the same. That's the point of the human race.

Not even gonna lie.... I used to get bullied to some extent like Jmart (not nearly as bad)...

But it ALWAYS came a breaking point... Where I just blanked and said fukk it... nikka got scared of me.. ANd it never happened again...

For him to NEVER find that breaking point and defend himself is sad.... But in all seriousness this will make him a stronger person.... All this shyt is sad because I don't think anyone really wished serious harm on him... But they brought it on..

This needs to be a movie.... This is a blockbuster in the making....

After Martin left the team, he received a series of friendly text messages from Incognito—Martin believes they were sent with the intention of leaking them to the media and clearing his name.

Incognito: How u doing buddy? Feeling better?? I miss us

Just hours later, Incognito conducted a text conversation with Mike Pouncey:

Incognito: fukk Jmart That fakkit is never [allowed] back

:ohhh: The okie doke.:dead:

But yeah this is . Jonathan Martin, for his own sake, should never play in the NFL again. And I say that based only on the text he sent about "lose 70 pounds and feel good about my body". If he even hates his offensive line body, how successful does he expect to be? Its ok to gracefully bow out...

people are talking about martin's size and why he didn't fight back, but y'all ain't taking into account the emotional make-up of him or his family. his father pretty much said I was a p*ssy growing up and I taught my son to be a p*ssy as well. size doesn't change someone's mental and emotional state of being. sure, we can say martin's a bytch, but then we're being disingenuous and not looking at the whole picture. these guys went out of their way to torment a teammate, not just some practice squad guy, but a fellow starter. a guy they needed to be successful as a unit and a team and instead of propping him up, they decided to destroy his confidence. teammates are supposed to build you up, not tear you down. the fact that they would target someone they know isn't built like that makes them much bigger pussies in my eyes.

How he ever became a football player in the FIRST PLACE is the biggest mystery of all this... Dude was just COMPLETELY out of his element.....

Man.....what player didn't go through it in a locker room?

I can tell you some stories....to sonning the starting D so bad at one practice that an angry ass LB karate chopped me in the stomach as I high pointed a catch across the middle. I took a shyt in my pants as I was leaving the field.

Niqqas got on me for the next three months for that. :sadcam:
I feel you but since this happened in the NFL its still considered a professional working environment. Like with any work enviroment you have different types. One dude is a pushover, one dude is an a$$hole, one is a clown who jokes all day, one likes confrontation, one hates the job but loves the paycheck, etc.. and so forth. You know who to f*ck with and who not to f*ck with. There's different people. These two guys are extremes. One is extremely timid, shy, depressed or whatever and the other is wild as f*ck and over the top confrontational= a bad mix. Maybe Martin should've hung up his cleats after college, who knows but everybody is not gonna react the same or be the same person that you were or what he should be.

:what:

Dog.....they WANTED him to fight back. That's the point.

Yes....football is that perverted where players want you to step up to them knowing you'll step up for them on Sundays.

Why is that so hard to get?

I don't get this "build him up" softee shyt you're speaking on.

@Ed MOTHERfukkING G and I been trying to tell y'all for years.

Man who "was disgusted with how things were becoming in CFB" takes his ball and goes home after all his ringers leave/get kicked out of school and FSU hires a real coach instead of a figurehead. He will puss out at OSU too he won't luck out the way he did at UF.

Only time Urban spoke up is when he cried to a reporter because Deonte Thompson said Brantley threw the ball better than Tebow. He wanted to fight the guy but as soon as his goons act up he pull that 1 percenter card nothing to see here routine.

All indications are that, arrests or not, Meyer didn’t care, as long as the team was successful. It’s a reality that Rams cornerback Janoris Jenkins, who was tolerated by Meyer but kicked out of school by his successor, Will Muschamp, astutely recognized in 2011.

“If Coach Meyer were still coaching, I’d still be playing for the Gators,” Jenkins said at the time. “Coach Meyer knows what it takes to win.”

The Gators indeed won. But the program and its former coach are now losing, and it feels like it’s quickly getting worse.
