Time to get a yukikey/passkey protected Gmail. (If you have android they automatically turn your phone into a passkey, I don't know about Apple)and enable as many accounts as you can for email verification when logging in.
Pretty much makes it impossible for anyone to get into your account if they don't have access to your pass key. (not impossible, but anyone who has the ability is not going to be wasting time on you)
