It’s actually the opposite, they doing everything they possibly can to make sure that these people don’t have syringes, clean ones anyway! What a situation the politicians in WV have on their hands! They either go with the easy, age old population control shyt, or they let these idiots live to bleed them dry. So, either easy votes from the folks with zero willpower, or let them die, and easy money from lobbyists. I guess we gonna see the final decision made if they release the numbers on population trends in WV. Not a truck driver, but have worked in transportation and logistics my whole life. WV has some of the worst infrastructure in the country, the police, state to local, are all in most part fukking scum, and there are so many secluded, hard to find and navigate roads and shyt. It truly is a miserable state!

I've been buying up land there.
Everytime I go there's Wealthy Cacs riding around buying land or going ATV riding.
The natural resources and untapped potential of the state and the very Replaceable Replaceable irrelevant redneck population- makes it prime real estate because Cacs in other states dont care about letting those cacs die off.
There are entire black towns in W VA... but overall black people are minorities in the State.

Well.. first I was given land.
My aunt and a few others. We are regular nikkas and idk the history (and I dont care) but some how we are native (or as the gov calls it American Indian).
So that's how I even paid attention to that wack state from recieving a piece of land.
However..... I noticed Wealthy CACS everywhere in a place they say only poor cacs live. So I noticed that it's one of the most visited places in the Usa... due to ATV riding in the mountains
I purchased a piece of land on the side of a mountain in what used to be a coal town. I also have 8 acres that's farm land. I want hunting land but I haven't found any yet. I went and got very rural residential land in the most southern and poorest part of the state... most of my land is in that area because it's what I can afford and because I see that , despite having the worst in education, people, activities, etc.... its VERY beautiful.

Randy Moss is from WV. There's alot of black people in Charleston, Huntington and even in the small towns in the southern parts.
