There was a time for a good half a year to a year, that people in their right mind, that had great business sense, decided to start pimping out mentally challenged people. All these guys like him, other mentally challenged people, overly fat people, physically disabled people, etc etc etc.......... They was straight pimping them. Recording them doing dumb shyt, booking them in clubs and appearances, doing cameo's on other people's social media... All of them having a "manager" or "booking agent" who I'm sure was robbing them blind. Having the world laugh AT them, while racking in dollars off it, and leaving them to actually fend for themselves in the street when the fad went away.

Even worse, you got people like the man who recorded this, laughing along, bothering them in public, and asking them to do the same goofy shyt in person...
