This is the thing: you know right away you're getting an enormous positive defender. That alone is valuable.

If the dude is about 32% from 3, that's enough to warrant respect from the opposing center enough to pull them out the paint which makes cuts to the basket more effective and passing lanes wide open.

That's called being effective without having the ball in your hands and someone you must always account for. That's what contributes to winning. That kind of stuff warrants a #1 pick. All these other intangibles dude is showing is really the cherry on top and why breh is seen as generational.

Two notable things from this video.
1. That dunk at 0:32
2. Watch dude's hustle in the last clip. At the end of the day you can't teach that.

Houston has a realistic shot at this guy, and with their current core :wow:

"Buckeye Fever is just throwing up any and everything for the Spurs"

More like “Buckeye Fever is being ejected for refusing to take off his Ohio State Buckeyes jersey.”

This dude gonna be like Porzingis or Ralph Sampson
Awesome talent and should look good from day 1 but guys that tall have basically never had any durability at the NBA level.
82 games 30mpg is a lot for that body type
He's bigger than Sampson and Porzingis

I learned my lesson with Giannis when it comes to underestimating prospects but he was able to pick up weight at a healthy rate. He's probably 6'11"- 7'0" at this point and he came into the league at 6'9". This kid is 7'4" at 18. For his sake, hopefully he's stopped growing. If he's able to become a star, like another poster said, he's truly a generational talent.
