It's fast food, meaning it's pre-prepared before you get there. Sometimes you not gonna get a hot a fresh burger straight off the grill.
thats the primary drawback of it and to be expected.
If they made everything from scratch fresh to order this wouldn't happen, but then it would take 15 minutes for them to prepare your food.
people need to manage their expectations and live with reality. Not excusing what this dude did though, clear overreaction. but there is no reason to complain at a fastfood place, you know exactly what you're getting, should only be a problem if they forget something your ordered.

Out of my entire life, I’ve never received cold food unless it was a sub shop or a fukked up burger. I put that on everything. The only problems I’ve had was they forgot an item when I went thru the drive thru.
