OP dont rush to spar
I dont think they should let dudes spar in 4-6 months
Like someone else said, newbies are spazzes
If they are letting guys spar after four months they are probably just counterpunching eachother

Good for you. I would also do calisthenics and condition out side of class. Also make sure you rest and get extra sleep. Sounds corny but it helps.
I don't think so, though the building it was in had like 10 different athletic facilities, so that might have been a club in there as well.Was it Algeo's by chance? I went there for a BJJ class and realized I paid WAY too much money
