As soon I saw how his left foot snapped, I knew it was Achilles. :smh:

Hopefully he recovers well. He'll probably be playing in December at the earliest. Wonder how his free agency will go. Teams are always looking for shooters.

Damn.. was this one of those situations like Jimmy Butler/Greg Monroe where he turned down an initial offer from his team and gambled he'd play himself to a better deal?

There's always going to be a risk in putting aside immediate job security in hopes of strong arming a more lucrative contract but this could be a clear cut case of it back firing, if that was the scenario for him. Hate to see it happen.

As far as the contract, maybe we can keep him now and it'll free up more room for someone else. He's going to be out for the start of next season too.

CJ McCulloum has to step up for the bench since Affalo will start. Next man up
