in regular fight scenes they have a fight scene coordinator for that and people still get fukked up by accident. they have intimacy scene coaches just talk to the chick to make sure she's ok with what happens and the dude actor doesnt grab an ass cheek if it wasnt agreed upon.

i remember listening to i think i love my wife. onn DVD and Chris Rock talked about his love scene and he said that they shot it first in case she changed her mind later. he said most love scenes are shot first.
