Facts, especially if they don’t multiple priors. It’s different but I had a student get caught with a gun in a stolen car. His sentence? Ankle monitored probation.

That was probably done for an initiation or for clout.

They will let this build up a record for both of them so they can throw the book at them once they turn 18+ and commit a stupid crime.
