I mean i feel he made relations worse between east and west...he could have taken the high road and did a track wit chuck d and may have possibly transcended hip hop and stopped the violence and animosity...but he chose to do what he did...which was just wack imho

He made it clear he was talking about the critics not the general public or eemcees. You are talking about a time when all the video outlets, radio stations, etc. played 80% NYC music and magazines were biased as hell.

i was at work yesterday listening to Bow Down and Amerikkkaz nightmare throughout the shift. Cant tell me both aint classics...even though i never grew up on the latter
