Freddie Gibbs is in that league of rappers that are cornballs that are off putting with their social media/real life antics(game,Kanye) but have great projects and I love Griselda but Gibbs got some undeniable classics and I can’t see any of Griselda’s projects touching alfredo or bandana or shyt even any of the other ones to be real

Westside Gunn got a couple of projects that can go toe to toe with Gibbs best (i.e Supreme Blientele, Flygod, HWH7, Pray for Paris) but rapping wise, obviously Freddie is superior.

Gibbs has a great catalog but Griselda is a rap movement that brought in different artists, producers and can be tied to a certain aesthetic. There's usually a visual component as well. That ESGN shyt went nowhere and Freddie is a solo artist who makes conceptual albums being compared to a label

You can say Gibbs catalog is better than any individual Griselda artist but discrediting that whole movement to big him up is a weird stance
