Using that flat earth map you posted the sun’s revolution is outside of these places, so how would a sundial work? Now what’s so confusing about this that it needs to be asked repeated with multiple posts...?

Its a simple question. The shadow would always be pointed towards Antarctica, the outer wall or whatever you want to call it at any point in time of the day.

You KNOW that I've explained before that the sun/moon move in CONCENTRIC SPIRALS, first INWARD towards the north pole, then OUTWARD towards the antarctic circle, meaning that the sun MOST DEFINITELY DOES rotate above that sundial at various times in the year

You KNOW that I explained this in MULTIPLE other threads when asked what accounts for SEASONS on the flat plane
