1g BCAA counts as 2 grams of protein on days you workout and taking them on days you don’t makes for expensive piss.

BCAA are just a fancy marketing gimmick to flog you stuff you don't need.

BCAA are naturally high in foods that contain any amount of protein and in abundance too.

Unless you were bedridden in the hospital or you have cancer or some shyt you don't need it.

Also, the BCAAs are coated with toxic chemicals that the body cannot get rid of. Read the horrible ingredients.

I agree partially with save your money. If you think 10g’s of bcaa’s will do anything for you you’ll be as disappointed as most people.

You need to take a lot of it but when you do you’ll make gains with ease.
