let's say that the 1.5 trillion got direct deposited to the IRS savings account instead of getting un collected. by the time a plan for its use is created it will have been chopped and screwed into so many different directions you'd by lucky to have over a trillion left.

You are looking at it from a negative way instead of what the amount collected represents. Even if u collected half of the money or used half of the guns on fixing roads you’d be better of for Americans then allowing tax breaks for people beyond wealthy already

- Hire construction crews to fix all the bridges,
- double NASA's budget,
- give the middle class a real tax break,
- fund HBCUs,
- build the wall,
- legalize weed and subsidize it,
- cut everyone making under $100K a $600 check like Bush Jr did,
- replace cars made before the year 2000 with a Ford Fusion (35 mpg city),
- open and fund inner city public schools,
- expand job training program,
- incentivized small business ownership,
- cut a check for anyone participating in paid MOOC and gets a grade of B or higher

How foolish. There isn't going to be a corresponding cut to military spending, so bombs will continue to drop on poor brown people. Nothing to stop that was accomplished and the rich get to line their pocket. Just adding more debt that low and middle class will have to pay for down the road.
Your rationalization of this is sad.
