That’s actually not bad if you’re legitimately paying $89 a month

$1080 a year, you could stack a ton of bread :manny:

All jokes aside, if I was homeless, I'd snatch this up in a heartbeat. It's a relatively safe place to lay your head.

Feels like you could easily get more than $89 a month panhandling.

No way it's 89 a month.

Maybe 89 a night or at best 89 a week
it sounds like its designed for homeless people. Like this is basically a shelter, The real question is “is this up to code” and the answer is no, but its still a better option for a lot of homeless people than people want to admit. Dormitory style shelters are often the main reason the homeless say they prefer the streets. Homeless addicts stealing and assaulting other homeless people are rampant. Plus you share a space with people on drugs and mental problems.

NYC needs more single room occupancy spaces

And if you’ve never lived on a ship, it’s definitely better. Thats a lot of personal space on a ship

89 a month means your landlord is Splinter and they charging for everything like spirit airlines. 89 a day I suppose is standard rent for a 6x5 in Manhattan :aicmon:
