Workout at least 3 times a week, eat a lot, get some sleep. I used to be a skinny ass string bean but now people ask me if I play football :russ:

If you read Tookies book all they did was lift weights all day long
Yeah, I've been eating more protein, grains, and exercising but I gotta do better about sleep :pachaha:

It be hard to settle down the later it get at night for me. I usually average about four hours during the week. Then sleep in on the weekends

High carbs, supersetting and calisthenics.

Believe it or not, when I was in college, I was doing a few days in the gym, not much cardio and a HELL OF A LOT OF Calisthenics. My body looked insane at one point, like I was a light skin Tookie. lmao

We used to be in the gym and super setting like we were in the yard and shyt. Pull ups till failure then take a plate or two and put it on your back and push up till failure. shyt like that.
