High carbs, supersetting and calisthenics.

Believe it or not, when I was in college, I was doing a few days in the gym, not much cardio and a HELL OF A LOT OF Calisthenics. My body looked insane at one point, like I was a light skin Tookie. lmao

We used to be in the gym and super setting like we were in the yard and shyt. Pull ups till failure then take a plate or two and put it on your back and push up till failure. shyt like that.

All that body movement shyt is real, Im probably in the best shape of my life rn (mid 30s), ppl at work noticing etc and i dont go to the gym. Standing for 5+ hrs a day, walking at least a mile or so a day 5-6 days a week + push ups and pull ups when im at home. IF you stay semi active you really just gotta watch how you eat and thats never really been my issue. I should probably be eating more but im not really trying to get big. I like being lean.
