Can't lose the weight too quickly, you have to give your body time to adjust:manny:

It doesn't help that there's no one standard for skin elasticity either, it will be different from one person to the next.

Was gonna say this. If you lose it slow and weight train, you can avoid this.

Unless he was a super fat fukk. At some weights its unavoidable.

Question for gym brehs. I been going consistently every other day since August, before that it's been years since I've been in the gym. I started at about 213 lbs, 22% body fat. Im just over 6 feet. Currently at 202 lbs, haven't checked body fat. Is this a slow enough pace of losing weight to not be flabby swole? I don't plan on going too far under 200, I just really wanna cut the bullshyt and replace it with muscle.
