I am trying to incorporate more AB work into my workout but normally after I am done lifting I am too tired to even think about it. I am going to try to start to do it in between sets that way I make sure it gets done. I have been doing straight leg lifts and weighted situps any other suggestions.

I have the decline so my head is darn near on the floor friend. The burn is :ahh:

I usually do the 24 hour fitness situp machine where you put your hands on the bars and sit up forward. I do this for about 10 minutes and immediately go to the machine where you grab the handles, your legs dangle and you kick your legs forward. I do not use momentum when i do this. I kick forward, bring my legs down, stop and lift again from a static position. After that ill do declines. On off days ill do 100 ab wheels in sets of 20. Core strengths is important.

My abs look the same as when I wasn't doing shyt so I stopped working them out

If u get down to like 10% BF and have no abs... or are having core stability issues... I would do ab work then

Otherwise I would just leave the shyt alone... u can do a million crunches... but if you're fat :manny:

Eh, you should still do them for core strength, and it's like having them on layaway too. You get down to around 10-12% and your abs will be like "Surpriseeeee, we been waiting for you!"

for what its worth, not enough folks do ab transductions(holding your gut in hard for 45s to 1m)

they definitely help taper you down

having abs is all about reducing bodyfat tho, working them out just makes them "pop"

I need a solid ab routine as well. Actually I need some core workouts. My body fat is over 20 percent but sometimes I can see my abs, maybe my ab muscles are just big. Once I get my body fat down I'm sure my abs will be very well defined. Somebody put me up on game. Not really into countless reps of crunches.
