This reminded me that the other day, I saw white people walking down the street in a neighborhood here that I would not expect to see them. I assume they are poor and living in that neighborhood is cheaper. I wonder if more of them will be moving into those types of neighborhoods soon.

Look up the percentage that lives in extreme poverty smh. If you're rich why would you be on the street

I'm from Chicago and its all money related. When people get set up for jobs. They get off the street. Not many people are out there for fun.
