As for myself, I plan on one day networking with other black men and women and implementing a constructive plan to clean our community/city up.

I volunteer coach a baseball team to show young black men that they can do things besides being in gangs. I have volunteered as a tutor over the years to show young Black men that education means something for their future. I volunteer with a not for profit agency that help families in crisis.

At the end of the day, we have to take responsibility for ourself. This indoctrinated system is not gonna change. I really believe that.

Blaming others for our problems leads to nothing. Yes we know we are playing against a stacked deck. You can cry about it and use it as an excuse for why you don't have shyt, or you can go and and get it DESPITE that shyt.

I was blessed to come from a 2 parent home, and I believe that was the biggest factor in me turning out who I am, more so than living in a white dominated society.

I hate that humans killing other humans is made to seem like something exclusive to black people. It is seriously treated like not a single ethnicity on this planet other than us kill members of the same ethnicity.
