I've eaten the best of the best foods in this country & others & LA has the worst food I have ever tasted in my life... I *HATE* the food here... & I don't even eat Fast Food or restaurants like TGIF or Chilis...

the only thing LA doesn't have in spades is good southern food.. and that's it. european, american, latin american, asian, LA has everything

I've had majority shytty food out here... but I'm also around other Chicago cats who don't know shyt about LA like that either so if I'm wrong about LA having bad food then I'm wrong & need to know that. Your name is SFGiants with a Curry avatar so you clearly have better knowledge of the West Coast then I do seeing as I'm guessing you've lived out here waaaaaaay longer then me so I gotta trust your judgement...

When I found out NYC doesn't have a lot of taco joints that sealed the deal with me. I may leave LA, but I'll always come back. Weather, food, proximity to snow, beach, Vegas, Mexico if you're feeling dangerous, weed....Cali, specifically LA has my heart.

lol yea if u live in the outskirts of LA the food quality drops.. it's like that in the bay area too, outside of SF food gets
and theres definitely a lack of southern food but if u look hard enough you'll find it.. caribbean is another type of cuisine that isnt represented as well out here
but overall, LA is with dining options
