You can look like completely and utter shyt at 21 depending on your habits.

In general I would say somewhere between 28 and 32, but again it really depends on the individual and what they do to take care of themselves. As well as just things like genetics

For us originals I’d say 36/37 assuming you working out like we all should be doing.

For other races of men I’d say 28.

Women I’d say 25.

Black women closer to 30 after they put their grown woman weight on.

Unfortunately in this era the grown woman weight is leading to obesity, but prior to 2010 it was def 30 for them.
