For me, women look best at 23-32 whereas men look best at 26-35. That's assuming that both groups take good care of their looks and bodies.

I know they say that men value youth and all that but I honestly can only be attracted to 18-22 year old girls if they carry themselves in a mature way or have top tier looks.

I'm only 30 but some of these college aged girls literally come off like kids to me when I meet them in person lol. If they're cute/hot, that's a plus but I think 23 is the beginning of when women have that good balance between looking young/fertile and looking sexy/grown.

Hell, even Zendaya who's 25 comes off like a child to me somehow. I'm not really into kiddy looking women. Someone like Daphne Blunt who's the same age as her is more my speed.

As for men, I think we physically peak later but not by much. I think men start to look grown and masculine starting around 26 and that's a turn on to many women.

Like I said, though, there's hot people in many age ranges so it really boils down to the individual.

Edit: Zendaya is actually 26.

Very interesting question, OP.

I think both ladies and gentlemen have their nicest natural look while still in their younger adult years - between 20 and 29.

That being said, some men and women can look even better in their older years because they either 1) pay more attention to their health and fitness or 2) put more effort into their wardrobe, grooming and overall presence. This look is still attractive but it is cultivated versus being a result of natural beauty/attractiveness, if that makes sense.

For men, I'd say 25-35, however, I have been seeing some post-40 yum yum's recently. Usually at Whole Foods or Carowinds. The grey beards, the dad bods, the masculine hands...DELISH!!!

For women, I'd say 27-77. Women really hit their stride at around 35-39. That's when they really seem to channel their big purr energy. I love seeing my mid-late 30's queens out at brunch celebrating life, with not a care in the world. WHEW!!! You can FEEL the damn energy flowing from off them. MY GAWD!!! On into their 60s and 70s is where the real magic begins to happen. Its like watching a butterfly blossom from its coc00n. A coc00n filled with experience and wisdom. I might be a bit biased, as I do have a thing for elderly women (with dentures), but you see it all the time. Out at Wal Mart, Target, Food Lion, The Dollar General, Piggly Wiggly. You see these juicy older women who are having the time of their life!!! Its just the energy!!! Its like an episode of Dragon Ball Z. You can just feel the energy!!! ITS INCREDIBLE!!!

...I should mention that I'm talking specifically about black men and women. Anyway, this is just how I feel based off of MY personal observations/visions.

The 20s for both men and women, probably mid to late 20s. I know brehs are going to use the same arguments about eat well and men can look their best in their 40s and 50s but that's not the average and it's just a coping mechanism for getting older.

Hmm. So if a person is. 10 let’s say at 29. How long do you think it will take them to progress to a 9, then 8, then 7 and so on
