I’m tired of having my money sit in a bank, I want to make this money work for me, but I need guidance putting it. What are some assets y’all put that make you some serious bread?

Most readily available to the average person - stocks, real estate, precious metals

other assets that require a bit more knowledge and work to obtain - art, antiques, jewelry and other collectors items (classic cars, stamps, coins, seems baseball cards are hot again, etc)

If you really got money - investing in early stage businesses or a franchise

peer to peer lending was a thing but I think all the platforms that made it possible for small lenders have gone under

I've been parking some in savings bonds and treasuries. I'm also looking at precious metals and coins.

Depends on your goals and risk factors.
Goals:
I want to own a house before I hit 30. I just turned 24 a couple of days ago. I also want to be wealthy and to help out my friends and family while living a lifestyle that is lavish.
