so we brainstormed with them
this is more for salaried professional types who are 28+ and ready to marry
about 15-20 ideas but this is what i remember

• weddings (through extended network) <--- my idea
  
• alumni mixers (if local)
• financial advice/planning seminars
• church activities
• volunteer for political campaign
• volunteer at a school (sports coach, judge the science fair, etc.) <---my other idea
  
• linkedin- local groups
• continuing ed classes- ethics, teamwork, that stuff

i can say weddings are a place where all unmarried people take stock of their own lives
the caliber of people at a wedding is consistently above-average
cause you gotta be reasonably domesticated to even know someone getting married

schools are mostly female and closed ecosystems
so when an eligible bachelor shows up you will be noticed
not even specifically the teachers-
everyone seems to have a sister or a friend
then suddenly these extra women are popping up at the game
or working the drink table at extracurricular activities

some really good ideas there old man.

I'm a try all a them, with church and school volunteering as last resorts
