between ages 10-14 my parents would have my brothers and I loading shipping containers for my moms exporting business on the weekend too.
pops would come home friday night from 6 and we'd be loading containers from 8PM to sometimes 3AM...even 6AM. Shipping a bunch of shyt from mattresses to bikes to cars to TVs to bales of clothing

yall dont know the half. by the time i left for university i couldnt be bothered to come back home...even for holidays. I love my parents but my childhood was sumn else

Breh my father would sell me and my brothers to farmers and have us doing field work. To this day I do not want kids because I see how damaging being a parent is to a child.

You force your religion and personal beliefs into them and then tell them their life doesn't belong to them. It belongs to you. Sick shyt some people are.
This is one of the wildest things i’ve ever heard in my life.

I’m not gonna lie, sometimes I realize the dehumanization of black boys and males is a reminder that we do descend from the antebellum era.

I was a spoiled kid and the youngest. Pretty much just the trash but when I got in my teen years I had to get wood in the house regularly. Then I started to wash clothes and dishes on my own accord as well. Dusting sweeping and mopping came after that. I raise my son the same way for the most part. Just long as he cleans up and picks up behind himself.
