"Free Spirit" can mean many things, but they are all generally negative.

Free Spirit could mean she is generally irresponsible. She doesn't pay bills on time and is routinely late for things that matter.

Free Spirit could mean she is directionless in life. She is easily influenced by people around her. Trend hops. Easily falls for scams she sees on social media. MLM scams.

Free Spirit could mean she is sexually loose. She's the type that isn't going to tell you to put on a condom the first time you smash. Which means she didn't tell other men who've smashed before you to put on one, either.
