Look around. Everyone’s living under the illusion there’s something better/greater out there when in reality, time is just passing them by. People aren’t living longer and the kids are so bugged out you can’t depend on them to care for you as you age. This truth will hit people hard. Look at people 50+ now that’s single and watch how the next 10-20 years go for them.

I got one brother who caught a felony in his early 20s. He's 31 now, and it's still can't make any moves.

I have very little sympathy for those 35/45 years old and up working in fast food and lower level retail who complain about low wages and minimal benefits. You should have leveled up at that point in your life. Those jobs aren't even created for you to begin with. They are for the youngsters, not your old underachieving azz.

Nearly everybody knows what to do to be successful, but life doesn’t line up like that all the time and from there people have no choice but to try alternative routes.
