I used to work, leave at 4, come home, lay in bed, blast kid Cudi and then pop Tylenol pms or nyquil and sleep as long as I could :wow:

I also eat very shytty....fast food and just any bad foods....I think there is a term for this type of eating but not sure what it's called :lupe:

Become nasty to people that care for me.
Eat terrible food (actually in one of these phases now).
Don't clean.
Spend less time with the people close to me.
Props.

Recognizing our negative coping mechanisms can help us avoid doing the same things that damage in the future

I'm so tempting to eat shytty but fighting it

like any good dominican, if the depression was female related i would just drink some rum and listen to bachata :sadcam:

if it was anything else then i would just smoke weed and nap all day and beat my meat in between naps.
