At my worst, I'd fight with my girl push her away, buy drugs and alcohol disappear for a few days and spend days watching porn. Then I'd come back an treat everyone like shyt cause I was so hungover from the stuff I did. To deal with the come down I'd smoke a weed constantly which made me useless.

Now it's a sober life :blessed: I just eat when things get really bad.

I used to go out and pick fights at bars for the sole purpose of getting hurt, just so my outsides could match my insides and I was too good for self harm.

There was also a good long stretch where I didn't care if I lived or died because it was all the same. I severely tested them limits. Not hopping in front of buses or fukking with lions at the zoo, but I just really didn't give a shyt. I really was "A danger to myself and others".

Nowadays I feel horrible if I even realize that I'm drinking too much because I'm stressed out.

But all the pent up negative emotion is bad for anybody. straws on a camels back and all that.


Yesterday, I lost my cool and broke a lot of shyt here. I felt horrible because I was like "You really just threw a temper tantrum like a child, my nikka :heh: !?"

not taking action. i gotta stay moving and doing shyt or I start to stagnate and feel worse.
