anyways, I GIVE young young black men (and old black men) jobs, I promote them, I help them get into the same internship that helped me get my job, I also let them use me as reference when they're looking for another job, I volunteer, I donate money/clothes/food, I buy clothes and school supplies for kids that come from poor families, and I also help my employees, especially the black ones, find good healthcare providers in their areas. Anything else?

That's not what I asked you. What are you doing to fix the "dead beat black men" who abandons their family?

Pro-Black, Pan-Africanism, Afrocentrcity have been appropriated by middle-upper class blacks (self included) in order to feel as if they are about the struggle (surface level) of the historical injustice of people of color;while being free to enjoy the fruits of their overworked labor in white cosmopolitan America.

Of course this baseless generalization came from the fact I watched Jungle Fever one night and found it humorous that Flipper was quick to reassure how pro-black he was, while mesmerized at the white guts he was smashing and the fact his wife to be was as fair skinned .

idk, breh maybe you have some special gift that makes deadbeats stick around and women not have sex with them. All I can do is help out the people it affects and help give people the chance to care of their families. Guess I'm a loser because of it.

Instead of placing blame lets fix the circumstances that breeds this behavior.

America is not a patriarchal society overall. America is running on hyper feminism. Whenever I watch family shows the father/husband is seen as dimwitted and stupid (The Simpsons, Everybody loves Raymond, According to Jim, king of Queens, and etc).
