What are some experiences you've had with these stereotypes? How do they make you feel? Do you feel any pride or shame?

If you are any other race, you can answer too. For example, how do asian men feel with people make a Kung fu/martial art joke or think that you are good at math? That the women are submissive?

Mexicans, or any Latino: that you love tequila and tacos? That you are spicy/suave/feisty?

I dont go out much, but I always get asked if I sell weed or know where to get some. Not a positive stereotype but.. lol



Around white co workers there's always the big penis stereotype that pretty much gives black men a bit of mystery when it comes to the work place and white women wanting to smash


I got put on blast because everyone assumed I knew how to do the bus stop and electric slide but I'm like the only black man alive that has to sit down when those get played

Positive is in quotations because it is subjective. The ignorant party sees it as useful, so they go to you because they assume you have the trait.
