-every 6000 miles I change my oil myself. Use Mobil1
-I hesitate on saying I goto the gym 4 days a week but when I am at the gym I take a hot shower ritually before leaving. I prefer to waste the gym's hot water
-Every Monday I am at this chic I been seeing for 5 yrs house, she own a beauty shop so she off Mondays. I don't have to say 2 words to her, her house door be open, I come in, offered a drink, help put the plastic sheets on the bed, get sucked, fukked, washrag and towel and I leave.

I'm taking 50 of the zinc. What kind of results will I see from doubling the dosage?

As far as the thread goes I drink coffee daily.

THE TOP 10 BENEFITS OF ZINC FOR MEN

As far as the thread goes I drink coffee daily.
I guess the same result with 50 but I take 100 mg zinc with copper to help better absorb the zinc but it Helps me balance out aggression, more nut (jizz), optimal T Levels, I haven't had a cold or flu in over a decade.. Zinc is in my mount rushmore of suppliments men should take daily
