Imo "Career women" don't get married for a bunch of reasons but it's not usually because of career pursuits. Almost half of black women never get married and a big part of that is because they don't get proposed to.

While I respect that is the way you want to raise your daughter, If pursuing a good man is more important than a career then you would also be teaching her (as i understand it) to deproritize her own self sufficiency in pursuit of a good man. People without careers earn less, have less stability (in multiple ways), and often suffered increase health problems related to the stress of that instability.
