Budget probably $1200:ld: More if it's worth it though. I want beaches, nightlife, and women

If $1,200 is inclusive of your flight, accommodations and spending money then I’d say PR, Mexico (go to a nice resort) or DR might be your speed granted that you want a beach.

I’ve never done either so can’t really speak to them but I’ve heard all are good fun and good on the wallet.

These are some very good ideas

International or domestic?

On a $1200 budget I would recommend Colombia. Cartagena is pretty cheap and not far plus it has beaches. I've heard Medellin and Bogota are cool too but I haven't been so I can't speak on those. Obviously if you speak Spanish you'll have a much better time. At the least I would recommend having a translate app.

If domestic I'd recommend Miami for the beaches but $1200 isn't going to do a whole lot for you like Colombia would.

Really? I’d figure a flight would run him at least $500, and accommodation like $200 or so. $500 doesn’t seem like too much money in Colombia but I’ve never been and depends on how long he’s tryna be out there.

Cancun was the first place I thought of.

Hit up Cheapcaribbean and you probably spend half of that $1200 on 5 or 6 day all inclusive in Cancun.

You'll definitely pay more for a flight to Cartagena but if you book early and at the right time it's only about a couple hundred dollars of difference at max. I've seen flights as low as $250.

Accommodation can be about the same for both depending on where you stay but you'll generally get more bang for your buck in Colombia. You'll definitely save money on pretty much anything else (food, transportation, etc...) in Colombia.

Personally I think if you're going for a longer vacay Cartagena would be better but if you're just staying for a weekend or so Miami is fine.
