Yes, you study on your schedule and the semester is every six months. On the website a bachelors starts from $3750 every six months. I got my masters done in one semester with no credit transfer because it’s competency based.

My fault at least 9 credits to avoid that surcharge. You can take as many credits as you can handle for $4639 per semester out of state tuition.
