the winters in toronto are mild, new york city chicago etc. get it much worst.

The coldest i ever felt was in nova scotia by the ocean i thought i was going to die .

Ottawa is aiight .

Vancouver basically hast he same weather as seattle its only a 2 hour drive away.

Nice.

Well, when it comes to the winter all those regions you mentioned get it a lot worse than most of western Europe so it would still be a novelty to me.

One of my homies from Spain was trying to go to Canada this year to work and learn English but the visas were too complicated to he ended up going to Germany instead, where he doesn't need those things, since its part of the European Union.

But if I do get the chance, I would love to go to Canada. I heard Ottawa is a pretty small city though.

Canadians are so nice.

They didn't mention this difference between the US and Canada

You can't go to the beach right now in Canada. Like you can in the USA. :banderas:

You would know better than I would.
I've never been to Canada. Maybe this year.

I like to think us NYers are pretty nice.
But I have been to some parties in Manhattan and met some of those pretentious Manhattanites you see in some tv shows.
There are some very smug people in NYC.

I just always meet really nice, cool people when I go.

I was at a Starbucks in Harlem and this man told me I look like his ex ex wife's sister. So we just started talking about how he's from the Islands, then moved to Dallas, TX for a few years, now he's back in NYC. And about the economy and other random stuff. He was just so sweet and genuine. I really enjoyed our conversation. People approach people more there than they do here...Torontonians mostly keep to themselves (I'm like that too - unless someone starts small talk, I don't initiate it...it's not our culture, really).

Torontonians are just snobby...keep to themselves...more reserved...so it's harder to meet people. We kinda just stick to who we know. When someone starts a random convo with you, you kind of automatically thing "What the hell do they want?!"
