I bought the Chronic back in the early 90s, and waited roughly 5 years for the follow up....shyt was hot garbage by comparison...it had 1 or 2 memorable songs.
Today it has no replay value

I actually think Streets Disciple and Nastradamus were alright on first listen. Oop. with HHID, I kind wanted to come out with more urgency being it was his debut on Def Jam and it felt like a half made album with one half really well made.

I dont think there are many albums in hip hop history that have greater replay value than 2001. A couple of songs from that album are STILL in rotation at clubs. You are in the EXTREME minority when it comes to your opinion on that album.

I kept listening to this over and over trying to force myself to like it.
